Returns policy

Returns Policy:
If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 1 month of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at our option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.

Making Returns:
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. The returns address is: Lee Valley Clothing, Inchigeela, County Cork, Ireland. Please ensure your name, address and requirements are included.

Delivery

Delivery:
Stock permitting, all orders placed by mail-order or on the web are usually dispatched to arrive with Irish customers within 3-5 working days and International customers up until 10 working days. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives.

Conformity Of Goods:
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

Stock availability

Whilst we endeavour to show accurate stock on website, we cannot guarantee that we will always have product to fill your order. Should this arise we will offer you a full refund or alternative product.
