The Grandfather Shirt Men's Flannel Dark Blue/Cream Stripe (LVC) is simply fabulous. The fabric is not quite denim in it's texture but is close, so this shirt is rigid and sturdy for daily working, just the way it should be. I'm 5' 10" tall and the XL size length for this shirt is long (preferred - it's why I have several). It is a perfect shirt. I have a variety of the grandfather shirts as well - most other models are the softer flannel cotton. I love them all, but this one is a step up in it's studier cloth durability - it's my favorite shirt.
