Hello, I'm thinking of buying this for my wife, she is 5' 7" and 36" chest, what size would I need as I'm not used to buying clothes for her and are they cut for a womans shape?
I have a mens size Large and I have 42" chest and the shirt has plenty of room.

Judging by the measurement you have provided, we would most recommend a size S in this item.
