Why do you have a women's product (vs men's product - https://www.leevalleyireland.com/en/Mens-Flannel-Fleece-Lined-Shirt---Maroon-and-Navy-Check-LV10/m-56.aspx) if your size guide doesn't distinguish between men and women?
Your size guide looks like men sizes, so I have no idea what size I should get. My sleeve length is 20 inches, what size should I get?

Hi, many thanks for your interest in our Fleece Lined Flannel Shirts. The centre back length (from back neck to back hem) for Size XXS is 74cm. Size XS is 76cm. Size S is 78cm. Size M is 80cm. Size L is 82cm. Size XL is 84cm. Size 2XL is 86cm. Size 3XL is 88cm.
