If for whatever reason you wish to return your Lee Valley Ireland items, you are welcome to do so within 90-days of delivery of your order. Goods must be returned unworn and unwashed with all tags attached.
Unfortunately, we won't be able to accept items that don’t meet this criterion or are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons - see below for more information.
When we receive your package, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days.

In the interest of health & safety we cannot accept returns of:
Products that have been worn/washed/used
Caps and hats unless tags are still in place and packaging remains unopened and undamaged.
Socks unless tags are still in place and packaging remains unopened and undamaged.
Insoles unless tags are still in place and packaging remains unopened and undamaged.
WHAT IF I WANT TO EXCHANGE MY ITEM FOR SOMETHING MORE OR LESS EXPENSIVE?
If the item, you wish to receive in exchange for your order is less than the original monetary value we will refund you the difference.
If the item, you wish to receive in exchange for your original order is more expensive we will require extra payment to match the price of a more expensive one.
Please note: all products that are despatched from our warehouse in Inchigeela, West Cork, Ireland, are put through a rigorous quality control process. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Refunds usually occur within 7 business days of receipt of your order, but please allow 2-3 days for the refund to be cleared by your bank.
Exchanges are processed and despatched within 7 business days of receipt of the item you returned. Shipping of exchanges is borne by us. You will not pay for the shipping of exchanges.
Orders paid using split payment (part gift card, part another payment method) will always be refunded to the gift card(s) first. Any remaining balance will be paid back to the other payment method originally used.
Orders made via gift card(s) only will be refunded to the gift card(s)
