Returns


If you wish to return your Lee Valley Ireland items for any reason, you may do so within 90 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that the goods are unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that do not meet these conditions or for those deemed non-returnable due to hygiene reasons (see below for more details).

Once we receive your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days.

 

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS?

  • Send the items to us with a completed returns form (one of these is sent with your order).

Please note that while we do all that we can to reduce costs, customers will be responsible for the full cost of returning their item(s).

However if you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48hrs and we will bear the cost of the return.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Products with tags removed
  • Personalised / embroidered garments.
  • We do not accept returns of Gift Cards
  • We do not accept returns of altered garments

In the interest of health & safety we cannot accept returns of:

  • Products that have been worn/washed/used
  • Caps and hats unless tags are still in place and packaging remains unopened and undamaged.
  • Socks unless tags are still in place and packaging remains unopened and undamaged.
  • Insoles unless tags are still in place and packaging remains unopened and undamaged.

 

I HAVE A RECEIVED A FAULTY OR AN INCORRECT ITEM, WHAT CAN I DO? 

Mistakes do happen (but very rarely) in our manufacturing and packing process. You must report any damaged or incorrect items to us within 48 hrs of delivery. Should this happen and you receive a faulty item, please let us know straight away by emailing customercar@leevalley.ie and a member of our team will be happy to assist you.

Please provide photos with proof of damage prior to returning to us, and ensure to include your order number in your email.

 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Refunds usually occur within 7 business days of receipt of your order, but please allow 2-3 days for the refund to be cleared by your bank.

Exchanges are processed and despatched within 7 business days of receipt of the item you returned.

Orders paid using split payment (part gift card, part another payment method) will always be refunded to the gift card(s) first. Any remaining balance will be paid back to the other payment method originally used.

Orders made via gift card(s) only will be refunded to the gift card(s)

WHAT IF I WANT TO EXCHANGE MY ITEM FOR SOMETHING MORE OR LESS EXPENSIVE?

If the item you wish to receive in exchange for your order is less than the original monetary value we will refund you the difference.

If the item, you wish to receive in exchange for your original order is more expensive we will require extra payment to match the price of a more expensive one.
