Hi, many thanks for your query. We don't recommend any particular treatment for this. The West Cork Vest is a sleeveless garment, so therefore would not cover the person completely in the rain. However the Vest is showerproof. If the customer is looking for an alternative to wear in the rain, we would highly recommend our West Cork Jacket which is waterproof.
